The Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee will vote on another batch of nominees this week, adding to the backlog awaiting floor action.

The full Senate is looking to confirm Interior deputy secretary pick Katharine MacGregor and James Danly for the Department of Energy’s second in command in the coming days. But numerous others are pending.

On Wednesday, the Energy and Natural Resources Chair Mike Lee (R-Utah) wants to add three to the pile: William Doffermyre for Interior solicitor, Catherine Jereza to become assistant secretary of Energy for electricity and Kyle Haustveit to become assistant Energy secretary for fossil energy.
